Standardized Systems – The Virtual Claims Adjusting System (VCA)

The Littleton Group utilizes The Virtual Claims Adjusting System (VCA) which allows a claim to be uploaded directly from the client and tracked in real time. Through VCA, we can provide a myriad of reports that reflect real time loss information such as claim payments, reserves, average claim payments, etc. This data is available during and post catastrophe event. We have attached a few sample reports for your review.

Our adjusters utilize VCA to operate in a paperless environment. They have immediate access to all claim information and documentation in real time. Our managers utilize VCA to manage and track all claims from inception to conclusion.

At your discretion, we offer the opportunity for your personalized secure view of your claims. You can track the progress of a claim, send emails to the adjuster, as well as see all the reports and adjuster contact information on each individual claim.

All service billing is handled through VCA in a secure and controlled process that allows for specific client fee schedule adjustments. This also maintains complete accuracy in all invoicing.

The Littleton Group maintains a data base for each client that is double password protected. Access to this site is limited to ‘read only’ access and contains information pertinent to the Client’s claim handling methodology, policies and bulletin updates. Only the adjusters assigned to your claims have access to this database through individual event renewed passwords.

Your management staff and review teams also have access through your uniquely assigned passwords.

At all times, security and access are protected to ensure client integrity.

Well Managed Operations

We ensure each catastrophe is handled in a professional manner. We are able to monitor the status and thoroughly review each claim file through our state of the art Virtual Catastrophe Claims Management System. Timely contact, inspection, and file closing reports can be managed in real time. Our Management and review staff has immediate access to all claims adjusting activity for all claims.

All work is reviewed by management prior to forwarding to the client. This includes reports, estimates, and invoicing to ensure accuracy.
