The Littleton Group utilizes The Virtual Claims Adjusting System (VCA) which allows a claim to be uploaded directly from the client and tracked in real time. Through VCA, we can provide a myriad of reports that reflect real time loss information such as claim payments, reserves, average claim payments, etc. This data is available during and post catastrophe event. Our adjusters utilize VCA to operate in a paperless environment. They have immediate access to all claim information and documentation in real time. Our managers utilize VCA to manage and track all claims from inception to conclusion.

At your discretion, we offer the opportunity for your personalized secure view of your claims. You can track the progress of a claim, send emails to the adjuster, as well as see all the reports and adjuster contact information on each individual claim.

All service billing is handled through VCA in a secure and controlled process that allows for specific client fee schedule adjustments. This also maintains complete accuracy in all invoicing.

The Littleton Group maintains a data base for each client that is double password protected.
