Jeff Bode, President / COO

Jeff oversees of the day to day operations for the catastrophe division, Texas claims division, and third party administration.

Jeff has worked for The Littleton Group since 1997 and directs the senior management team. With 23 years of overall claims experience and 15 years with The Littleton Group, his background in claims and management allow him to keep the personnel and technology at the forefront of an ever changing industry.

Chas Nickells, Director of Catastrophe Services

Chas began working in the insurance industry in 1991. While working for Toyota of North America Chas created and oversaw a claims department for the entire rental fleet. While working for Servpro Chas helped create and manage their national storm team. Chas was on the first response team and managed volumes of people and claims. Most recently Chas responded to the Nashville Floods, Atlanta Floods, Rode Island Floods, California Wild Fires, El Paso Freeze and Hurricane Irene.
